A Night of Music, Mummies & Martinis Terms and Conditions

1. Ticket Validity

• Individual tickets purchased confirm your reservation for A Night of Music, Mummies & Martinis.

• Reservation only valid for the date and time specified

2. Refunds and Exchanges

• All sales for A Night of Music, Mummies & Martinis are final.

3. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

• No refunds are issued if the event is cancelled.

• If rescheduled, tickets may be valid for the new date.

4. Transferability

• At the discretion of ANF, reservations may be transferable to individuals who are 21+.

5. Admission Rules

• Entry may be subject to security checks.

6. Prohibited Items and Behavior

• No weapons, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior allowed.

• The organizer reserves the right to remove individuals violating rules.

7. Liability

• The organizer is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage.

• Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the event.

8. Photography and Recording

• Attendees may be recorded or photographed for promotional purposes.

9. Privacy

• Personal data collected during ticket purchase may be used for communication or marketing, in accordance with privacy policies.

Giveaway Promotion

1. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States.

• Must be 21 years or older to enter.

• Employees of Atlanta Neuroscience Institute, Atlanta Neuroscience Foundation and their immediate families are not eligible.

2. Entry Period

• Giveaway begins on 08/01/2025 and ends on 08/31/2025.

• Entries submitted before or after this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

• Purchase an individual ticket for A Night of Music, Mummies & Martinis between 08/01/2025 – 08/31/2025.

• Once purchased, your name is entered into a drawing for a chance to win the Party with the Pharaoh.

• Recipient will be notified after the August promo and in early September.

4. Winner Selection

• Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

• Winner will be notified via email within 2 days of drawing.

5. Prizes

• Reserved table for 8 at A Night of Music, Mummies and Martinis.

• Reservations included for guests.

• Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash value to the prize.

6. Claiming the Prize

• Winner must respond within 5 days to claim the prize.

• If the winner does not respond, a new winner may be selected.

7. Publicity

• By entering, participants agree to allow the Atlanta Neuroscience Institute and the Atlanta Neuroscience Foundation to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Atlanta Neuroscience Institute and the Atlanta Neuroscience Foundation are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

• Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

9. Privacy

• Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and in accordance with our privacy policy.
