Most recently, Tracy served as the Senior Vice President - Supply Chain Operations for Veritiv, a Fortune 500® company and a leading North American business-to-business distribution solutions company. In this role, Tracy led her team in the operation of all Veritiv distribution centers and transportation services in North America. She also oversaw inventory replenishment, corporate real estate, capital, as well as environment, health and safety (EHS) operations. Prior to that role, Tracy was Senior Vice President of Packaging for Veritiv from October 2016 to February 2019.

Tracy joined Veritiv in October 2016 from International Paper, a Fortune 100® global manufacturer of fiber-based packaging, pulp and paper. There she served as Vice President and General Manager, South Area, Container the Americas for the Industrial Packaging business. Tracy also served in various management roles at International Paper, including Vice President and General Manager, Foodservice; Vice President and General Manager of the Central Area for Container; and Market Manager for Printing Bristols for the Printing and Communication Papers business.

Tracy holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Minnesota. She and her husband Joe have three children and live in Roswell. She previously served on the National MS Society Mid-South Chapter Board of Directors from 2013-2015.
